She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Phyllis is survived by her beloved children, Vicky Jones, Tony Jones, Tammy Collins, Johnny Jones, Jr., Danny Dennis, Patricia Dennis, Fred Dennis; her sister, Carol Smith; and a host of other family members and friends.
