Rutherford Jr., James "Jimmy" Lee age 59, of Green Township, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 6, 1962 to James Lee and JoAnn Rutherford (nee Flanagan).

He was preceded in death by his father, James Lee Rutherford Sr. James is survived by his beloved mother, JoAnn Rutherford; his siblings, Steve (Abby) Rutherford, Robert Woods, Becky (Don) Passwaiter, Tammy (Hershel) Kates and Patti (Bob) Coombs; his nieces and nephews, Jason (Amy), Mandy (Steve), Brian, Amanda, Brittany (Josh), Alex (Payton), Bobby, Kyle, and Aiden; his great nieces and nephews, Madison, Tyler, Blake, Kaelyn, Cole, Ryan, Coinneach and Virgil; his beloved fur babies, Max and Mia; and a host of other family members and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 7, 2021 from 11am until time of service at 1pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Entombment will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery.
