John Russell Hensley, age 49, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 4, 1971 to James and Bonnie Percy (nee Hendrix). John was the best dad and always did the best he could even through his sickness. He loved to work on cars and collected everything including: salt and pepper shakers and Barnum and Bailey Circus memorabilia. John will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Percy, and step-father, Wayne Percy.
John is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years, Amanda Hensley (nee Frey); father, James Hensley; daughters, Hannah J. Hensley, Kelley E. Hensley, Ruby A. Hensley, Sarah L. Hensley; brother, Jimmy Hensley; and a host of other family members and friends.
