Elizabeth Hensley age 90, went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2020. She was born on April 7, 1930.
She graduated from Union College and went on to teach school for 30 years in the Bell County School system. Elizabeth taught 3rd grade in the same classroom at Ward Chapel School. She was a long-time active member of the Pinnacle View Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, J.D. Hensley; daughter, Lula; siblings. Elizabeth is survived by her son, Lee Hensley; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; nieces, Betty Bruce, Billie Burns; and family and friends.
There will be a graveside service at 12 noon on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Green Hills Memorial Gardens, 1801 North 25th Street, Middleboro, KY 40965 with Rev John Bruce and Elder Jody Risner presiding.
