Jean Ellen Henderson departed this plain we call earth on May 15, 2020. The beloved daughter of the late Levi and Alice Scott she was born September 27, 1938 in Owenton, Ky. She was the 8th of 9 children. She was preceded in death by Mabel, John, Grace, Wilma, Pauline, Frances and husband, Robert E. Henderson.

She leaves behind not to mourn but to cherish her memory sisters Margaret Carter, Reta Perry; sons Robert C. Henderson and Roy E. Henderson; daughter Miranda Henderson; daughter-in-law Damita Henderson; grandsons Robert E. Henderson, II, Phillip A. Henderson, Cleophus T. Henderson and Antwan J. Henderson; 9 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday May 22, 2020 from 4-6 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel. 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45231 with a funeral service to follow at 6 pm.

The family would like to express their grateful appreciation for every act of kindness shown to them during their time of bereavement.
