James was born February 11, 1944 in Cincinnati, OH to the late John Horn and Ruth Kramer Horn.
He is survived by Wife, Fern O. Horn, Daughter, Penny Bramlage, Daughter, Missy Smith, Son, David Horn, Son, Tony Horn, Sister, Judy McDaniel, 9 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 2:30 pm. A gathering of family and friends will be held at 2:00 pm till time of service. Services will be held at Mount Olivet Christian Church, 400 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, KY.
Donations in Lieu of flowers, are asked to be sent to the National Kidney Foundation 615 Elsinore PL# 400 Cincinnati OH, 45202.
