John L. "Jack" Stephens, 83, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 10, 2020. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on August 28, 1936 to the late Lester and Gertrude Stephens (nee Lett).

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Lee Stephens.

Jack is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Mary Jo Stephens (nee Neidhard); four sons, Mark (Carolyn) Stephens, Richard Stephens, Michael Stephens and David Stephens; two brothers, Thomas (Joan) Stephens and Robert (Jane) Stephens; six grandchildren, Barbara (Chris) Hansen, Madison Stephens, Sidney Stephens, Maria Stephens, Elizabeth Stephens and Michael Stephens, Jr.; six great-grandchildren, Cameron Cowan, Skyler Beckholt, Kevin "Trey" Connolly, III, Aliyah Connolly, Jackson Stephens and Elijah Connolly; brother-in-law, Robert Neidhard as well as a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Jack, contributions may be made to Hospice of Greater Cincinnati, 4360 Cooper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.

There will be a private service for the immediate family at a later date.
