Steve Lance, age 57, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on January 24, 1962 to Bud Lance and Mary Jane Wood (nee Vandale).

Steve is survived by his beloved mother, Mary Jane Wood; children, Nikki (Seth) Wolfe, Adam Lance, Boomer Lance; grandchildren, Addy Lance, Karrington Lance, Lilly Wolfe, Isabella Wolfe; siblings, Jane (Doug) McMillan, Vickie (Dennis Bell) Irwin, Eddie Lance, Andy Wood, Kim Hauer; baby mamas, Carla (Greg) Magers, and Pam Spratt; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nanny and Honey Vandale, Grandma and Grandpa Lance; brother, David Lance; nephew, Randy Irwin; dad, James H. Wood.

Steve was a diehard Reds and Bengals fan. He loved music and enjoyed entertaining everyone. He nicknamed his grandchildren “Dudettes” and insisted that they called him “Dude”.

Funeral Ceremony will be at 4:00 pm Monday, January 6, 2020 with a visitation from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
