Mattan, Charlene M. age 63, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 29, 1956 to Arthur A. and Ruth Siefert (nee Latham).

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Allen Siefert. Charlene is survived by her beloved husband of 22 years, Michael Mattan; her three daughters, Jaime Wandsnider, Amanda (Freddie) Gonzalez, and Carrie (Lazaro Diaz) Arszman; her step-son, Billy Mattan; her sister, Margaret Bronner; her brothers, Arthur Siefert, Wayne Siefert, and Stanley Siefert; her grandchildren, Justin, Anna, Carmen, Alex, Andres, AJ, Sandra, and Stella; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 4pm until the time of service at 6pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
