Duggins, Rose Lee age 75, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 18, 1943 to Richard Franklin and Eunice Hallie Hodge (nee McGrady).
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Anne Haddix; her brothers, Robert, Ray, and Ervin Hodge. Rose is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, James Duggins Jr.; her sons, Michael Duggins and Timothy (Christine) Duggins; her daughter, Kari (Melinda) Cecil; her grandchildren, Johnathan, Andrew Schneeman, Tristan Duggins, Elise and Lauren Duggins; her sisters, Darlene Hodge, Carol (Danny) Naylor, and Jean (Charles) Waite; her brother, Donald(Sherry) Hodge; and a host of other family members and friends.
