Noe, William "Billy" Keith age 86, of Green Township, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017. He was born in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky on January 7, 1931 to Jarvis and Mary Etta Noe (nee Tallant).

He was preceded in death by his parents; five siblings, Jarvis Noe Jr., Mabel Rickels, Sara French, Mary Elizabeth Overbay, and Ruth Brown. William is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Wanda Louise Noe (nee Moertle); his three sons, Keith (Dorothy) Noe, Claude "Bud" (Valerie) Noe, and Thomas Noe; his grandchildren, Adam (Nicole) Noe, Donna (Eric) Carroll, and Andrea Marie Noe; his great-grandchildren, Alexander Dean, Xavier Moore, Ethan Carroll and Liam Carroll; and a host of other family members and friends.

Memorial contributions may be directed to City Gospel Mission, 1805 Dalton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45214, or to the American Heart Association - Cincinnati, 5211 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 noon at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Burial will be held at Bridgetown Cemetery.
