Jennifer Carter
1949 - 2023

Jennifer Carter, 73 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on January 23rd, 2023.

Jennifer was born on August 26, 1949 to Charles R. Carter and Ruth M. Carter in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating from Robert A. Taft High School, Jennifer felt destined for a career in cosmetology and went on to earn her cosmetology license which gave her the opportunity to professionalize her creative skills and practice her love of art and beauty in her own unique way. At an early age, Jennifer had an entrepreneurial spirit and went on to open up "Expressions" hair salon which later became "Good to Go", and she was a successful business owner for many decades. She also went back to school to further her education and obtained an Interior Design Degree from Antonelli College.

Known for her authentic sense of style, Jennifer genuinely cared about her clients and the community and as a result had many friends.

Jennifer recently made a public confession of her faith in, and commitment to, Jesus Christ and was baptized accepting Jesus as her Lord and Savior.

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all (Ephesians 4:4).

Jennifer loved her family dearly, and took pride as a devoted mother to her children, Constance Ragan, Paul Carter, and her late son Chris Carter. Her memory lives on with her children and her siblings, Bonnie Payne, Sunella Hunter, JoAnna Carter, Michelle Starr and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a celebration of life which will be held on Saturday, February 4th at 1:00 pm at Landmark Church, 1600 Glendale Milford Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45215.
