Preceded in death by her grandmother, Elnora Woodard Corder; father DeWitt Smith and mother Essie Lee Smith; her son, Prince Charles Edward Williams Jr.; and siblings, Brother Dee Caesar Smith and sisters, Annie Lee Osbourne, Archie Lee Smith, Essie Lee Smith, Lee Bertha McClair, O'neal Jordan, Dora Mae Smith, Rosena Owens and Elnora Smith . Luella is survived by her beloved husband, Ebb Cooper; her cherished daughters, Katie (Anthony) Jackson, Latrena Williams, and Aisha Williams; grandchildren, Shaniqua, Sergio, Kimbria, Zakia, Kofi, Kwabe, Marcus, Tramya, Dezire, AJ, & Adarrius; great grandchildren, Kaliyah, Zaylen, Kehlani, Mehlani, London, and Kapri; she leaves to mourn her siblings, Mary Ann Smith, Hattie Mae Malone, Sandra Ann Smith, Sherry Lynn Williams, Laverne Smith, Timmie Lee Smith, Alexander Smith, and Raymond Smith.and a host of other family members and friends.
Luella absolutely loved music and dancing. She also had a green thumb that loved to plant different herbs, flowers and plants. She would feed the birds, as well. Traveling was another favorite hobby of hers over the years.
Luella successfully completed the Nursing Assistant Program in 1990. She then earned an Associates of Science Computer Networking. Luella Retired as a Home Health Care Provider and was a blessing to many people. She will be truly missed.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 10:00 am until the Memorial Service at 11:00 am all at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, now Spring Grove Funeral Home, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
