1929 - 2022

Rose Marie Spraul, age 92, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022. She was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin on November 28, 1929 to Joseph and Amelia Johnson (nee Feldner).

She was preceded in death by mother, her father, her son, Peter G Spraul, and her sister, Mildred B Johnson.

Rose is survived by her children, Mary Ann (Michael) Bryant, Kathleen (Bruce) Meyer and Joel E Spraul, her grandchildren Tim, Greg and Megan Bryant, Preston Meyer and Katie (Jeff) King, Lisa Adkins and Elliott Spraul. She is the great grandmother of Emma-Lynn Geiger, Llewyn Adkins and Vivianna Wenz.

Rose had a long career with P&G. Loved to do crossword and jigsaw puzzles. An avid traveler, she visited almost all 50 states. She returned to UC, later in life, to complete her BA Degree in Science. USAF Veteran, serving in the Korean War.

Visitation will be at the Newcomer Funeral Home, West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati (45211) on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 10:30 AM until the Catholic Blessing Service at 12 noon. Military Honors will also be taking place.

In loving memory of Rose, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
