Michael G Albert, age 54, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 11, 1968 to John V and Mary Carol Albert (nee Backhus).

He was preceded in death by his mother, his father, his brother, John Albert and his nephew, Little David.

Mike is survived by his sisters, Georgann (Gary) Meyer, Pattie (Ray) Bauer, and Susan C (Dennis) Doherty. Mike was a loving uncle to Chris (Misty) Doherty, Craig Doherty, Raynelle Bauer, Amanda Meyer, Robyn (Jim) Daniels, Ashtin (Doug) Meyer, Stephanie Mueller, Mathew (Jennifer) Mueller and Angela Doherty and many great nieces and nephews.

Mike is the nephew of Sr. Marjoe Backhus, OCSO, of Frosta, Norway.

He'll be missed by his life long friends, Norman and Michelle Blackburn and Julius Howe, and a host of other friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 9 AM until 10 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati (45211).

Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM in Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

Burial will be at a later date.
