Noreen Dampeer, 72, was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Noreen had a laugh and smile that would light up the whole room. She was known to be a very loving and caring person who would go out of their way to help anyone in need. She loved her family dearly, and she will never be forgotten by those who knew her.

Noreen is survived by her beloved children, Nakita (Rafeal) Broach, Elmo Bailey, LeNora (Kenny) Halley, Hattie (Craig) Crenshaw, and James Morales; siblings, Annie (Tom) Clayton, and Debbie Akina; grandchildren, Ky’Leigh Broach, Kendrick Bailey Fox, Sheena Hicks, Alicia Dickerson, Tramaine Morales, William Halley, Kuuipo Halley, and Lakeisha Lark; 25 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews in Hawaii that she really loved.

She was proceeded in death by her mother, Emily Matias; siblings, Emily Franklin, William Bonkishio, Henry Manos, and Donnie Buffalo; and granddaughter, Monique Morales.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the future.
