Josephine Locey, age 91, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020. She was born in Hazard, Kentucky on June 19, 1929 to Walter and Verona Combs (nee Messer).
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Fredrick Locey; sister, Kathleen Simmons. Josephine is survived by her beloved children, Douglas (Cindy) Locey, Susan Merritt; grandchildren, Scott (Lynn) Merritt, Stacie (Chris Breeden) Mahan, Sean Locey, Samantha Locey; great-grandchildren, Montana Merritt, Courtney Mahan, Sara Mahan, Alex Merritt, Christopher Breeden, Jr., Sydney Breeden, Victoria Merritt; great-great-grandchildren, Evelyn Bay, Keegan Mahan; and a host of other family members and friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
