William G. Schneider age 80, of Cleves, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 2, 1940 to Emmett and Frances Schneider (nee Beddinghaus). William served in the United States Coast Guard Reserve and on the Cincinnati Fire Department.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Patricia E. Schneider. William is survived by his son, Douglas (Tatja) Schneider; his daughter, Linda Scheidt; his brother, Gilbert (Brenda) Schneider; his grandchildren, Erik Scheidt, Claudia Schneider, Austin Scheidt; and a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of William, contributions may be made to SPCA and Hospice of Cincinnati.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 11 am until the time of service at 12 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph New Cemetery.
