Vilardo, Fern age 89, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020. She was born in Pulaski, Kentucky on May 29, 1930 to Jessie and Gracie Dykes.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Tony Vilardo; her son, Anthony J. Vilardo her daughter, Mary Frances Vilardo; and her siblings, Rosie, Geneva, Helen, Flonnie, Clementine, Betty, Jessie Curtis, Cyrus, Commodore, Bill, Ancil, and Jewel. Fern is survived by her beloved daughters, Gloria J. (Roger) Whitis; and Patricia Perkins; her grandchildren, Johnny Whitis, Shaun (Sallie) Vilardo, Sarah Perkins, Tonya Vilardo, and Clint Vilardo; her great-grandchildren, Karisa (Gary) Good, Justice, Alexis, Shaun, Dawson, Olivia, Kelsey, Chance, Natalie, AvaLee and Payton; her great-great-grandchildren, Sawyer, Monroe, Averi, Slade, Selleck, and Aliyah; her sister, Madeline Ping; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 1:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph New Cemetery.
