Juan Gustavo Chicaj, age 10, of Liberty Township, Ohio passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 16, 2009 to Marcela Chicaj.

Juan is survived by his beloved mother, Marcela Chicaj; step-father, Dario Perez; second-mom, Linda Frazier; brother, Matthew Perez; grandmother, Filiberta Pu; grandfather, Juan Chicaj; aunts, Alejandra Chicaj, Isabel Chicaj, Maria Chicaj, Cristina Chicaj; uncles, Jose Chicaj, Diego Chicaj, Sergio Chicaj; sisters, Cheryl Frazier, Amy Fitch; brother, Jason Frazier; and a host of other family members and friends.

Juan was a student at Vangorden Elementary School, where he enjoyed the music classes. He especially enjoyed being around all of his classmates.

Funeral Ceremony will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 12, 2019 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
