Donald E. Hughes, age 85, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. He was an owner and trainer of thoroughbred horses for 60 years.
Donald was also a member of the HBPA.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mother, Lena Mae Case Hughes, Father, Kenneth Hughes. Donald is survived by Wife, Gail D Hughes. Three Children Donna Jean (Robert) Hellard, Donald Hughes Jr., Larry ( Marcia) Hughes.
Brothers; Lawrence and Raymond Hughes. Sisters Barbara Sagester and Mary Carter, 8 grandchildren 10 great grand children.
