Washington, Deloris Ann, age 66, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from a massive heart attack in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Deloris was born on December 23, 1952 in Morristown, Tennessee, and relocated to Ohio in 1978. She worked as a teacher at Cincinnati Public Schools. Deloris graduated from high school in 1970, and also from ITT Tech with a degree in Computer Science.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Agnes Armstrong; ex-husband, William Edward Washington; and common law husband, Sylvester Mosley. Deloris is survived by her children, Stacy Washington, Tonya Washington, Keri Washington, and Morgan Washington; her grandchildren, Sabien Dabbs, Dominique (Shay) Hazelwood, Jalane (Ianie) Dabbs, and Lalah Dabbs; brothers, Ronald (Brenda) Armstrong, and William (Billy) Armstrong; sister Karen (Lynnwood) Nicely; and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.

A visitation will be held from 11 am until the time of service at 12:30 pm on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Newcomer West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Burial to follow at Spring Grove Cemetery.
