Hansford, Ron "Gpaps" age 72, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 23, 1946 to Don F. Hansford and Christine May Heeg (nee Humphry). He was preceded in death his beloved wife of 29 years Wanda "Mims" Hansford; his parents, Don F. Hansford, Christine May Heeg; step-father Jess Heeg and siblings, Ray Hansford, Linda Proffit.

Ronald is survived by his sons, Russell (Sherry) Overbey, David (Kimberly) Bell and Steve (Michelle) Bell; grandchildren, Steven Bell, Nicholas Bell, Stacy Overbey, Alexander Overbey; great-grandchild, Steven Bell; brother, Johnny (Shauna) Heeg; and a host of other family members and friends.

Ron was a loving and special "father" and "grandfather" to many other relatives and friends. Ron was a proud Army, Vietnam veteran, belonging to the VFW Post #10380. Ron is greatly loved and will be dearly missed.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm with a funeral ceremony to follow on Friday, January 11, 2019 at New Hope Community Church 3707 Edgewood Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45211.
