John W. Weaver, Jr., (aka) Jackie was born on October 26, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Thurza Faye and John W. Weaver, Sr. He has three sisters, Sharman, Pamela (deceased), Lisa and Craig is his only brother.

Furthermore, he is the father of six girls and three boys, Eric, Mia, Sam, Shannon, Sean, Dominic, Monique, Dorletta, Devona; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jackie had a strong passion for boxing. Back in his younger years, he was called "Quaker John" because he was fast. Jackie's second passion was music, he loved to sing.

As a tribute to our late father, Monique, Dorletta and Devona will sing, "Amazing Grace".

Jackie departed this life peacefully with a smile on his face on Saturday, October 6, 2018.

Memorial Service will be at 4:00 pm Friday, October 26, 2018 with a gathering from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
