Stephanie Marie Gewin, 40, lost her life-long battle with Cystinosis on August 31, 2018 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. The torch that she carried allows us all to burn brighter. She harbored no malice, spite, nor anger. Stephanie was truly an earthbound angel and now joins her brethren in heaven after blessing us with her presence. Despite her challenges, she led an amazing life. She will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Borden E Gewin, Jr. She will be lovingly remembered by her mother and step-father, Kathleen and Robert LaCroix; her step-mother, Pamela Gewin; her sister and brother-in-law, Melanie and Russ Carmichael; her brothers, Borden Cole and Wilson Allan Gewin; her nephew, Borden Augustus Gewin; as well as her extended family and friends. A visitation will be held Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home on Dixie Hwy in Erlanger, KY, from 1:00-3:00 PM, with a memorial service at 3:00 PM.
