Jean Patrice Fowler, age 53, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 1, 1964 to George Walton and Loretta Brown (nee O’Neal).

Jean accepted Christ at an early age, was a life-long Catholic and was a current member of The Church of St. John Neumann in Fairfield, Ohio.

Patrice enjoyed working at Macys for 10 years. She also worked for 17 years at the City of Fairfield. She participated with the City of Fairfield Leadership Program and The Fraternal Order of Police for Fairfield, Ohio. She volunteered with Fairfield Public Schools. She received an Associate Degree in Business from The University of Cincinnati, Raymond Walters.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Walton.

Jean is survived by her beloved husband of 32 years, Charles Fowler, Jr.; mother, Loretta Brown; daughter, Cerita Fowler; siblings, Charles (Joslyn) Walton, Sr., George (Ann) Walton, Jr., Michael (DeEtta) Walton and Michele Walton; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 am Saturday, September 22, 2018 with a visitation from 9:30 am - 11:00 am at House of Joy, 3220 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45225. (Please note that this is a new location for the House of Joy) Burial to follow at Spring Grove Cemetery.
