Callan, Mary Jo age 73, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018. She was born in Jellico, Tennessee on February 17, 1945 to the late George Raymond and Dovie Beatrice Oaks (nee Petrey).

She was preceded in death by her sons, Henry E. Oaks and Shaun G. Callan. Mary is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Walter Gage Callan; children, Alex C. Estep, Michelle R. Shuck, and Mary B. Crane; grandchildren, Matthew R. Shuck, William C. Shuck, Jacob G. Crane, and Olivia M. Crane; great-grandson, Lucas Shuck; and a host of other family members and friends.

Mary loved to cook for her family and collected everything from coins, glassware, to dolls. She enjoyed having conversations over coffee and was an all around good person. Mary was crafty, could make decorations and keepsakes out of the most simplest materials.

Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Saturday, August 11, 2018 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
