Lillie Marie Ramsey was born on August 17, 1939 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Lilly Marie Welton and John Lee Jamison. She departed this life on Saturday, May 26, 2018 after struggling for many years of deteriorating health.

She received Christ at an early age at Bethel Baptist Church. She then attended Inspirational Baptist Church until her health began to fail her. She graduated from Taft High in 1958. She retired from AraMark. Lillie, affectionately known as Bae, Lil Bae and Baby, loved to have her hair and nails done. She was known for her witty sense of humor and loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her longtime companion, James Ray; brother, Otis Welton; sisters, Alice Welton and Vivian Hill; and brother, Donald Welton.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her stepmother, Dorsie Jamison; brother, Jasper Welton; sisters, Annitta Burton and Charlene Benna; brothers, Kenneth Jamison (Charlene) and Carl Jamison; and sister, Leora Waller (Willie). To the union of Lillie and Willie H. Ramsey were six children: E’tina Ramsey, Michael Ramsey, Terri Tabesh (Merat), Carla Brown (Greg), Deanna Ramsey and David Ramsey (Cora) and Crystal Allen, step-daughter; nine grandchildren, Ata Tabesh, David Ramsey, Jr., Arthur (T.J.) Brown, Deasa Merritt, Sana Tabesh, Deandre Ramsey, Danielle Worsham, Marie Wright and Tamara Ramsey; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who she loved dearly.

Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Saturday, June 2, 2018 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Inspirational Bible Church - City of Destiny, 11450 Sebring Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45240.
