Campbell, Theodore Lee age 77, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 8, 1941 to Marcus H. and Ethel Campbell (nee Cash).

He was preceded in death by his father, Marcus H. Campbell; mother, Ethel Campbell; brothers, Marcus Campbell and Earl Campbell; and sister, Phyllis Webb. Theodore is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Patricia E. Campbell (nee Gampfer); son, Michael (Dawn) Campbell; daughter, Colleen & Rick Trout; grandson, Seth Campbell; granddaughters, Emma Trout and Lydia Trout; many nieces and nephews; and a host of many friends.

In loving memory of Theodore, contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati. Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Tuesday, May 29, 2018 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
