SMITH, Juanita age 65, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 16, 1951 to Sherman and Sarah Shannon (nee Horten).

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Sherman Shannon, Jr.; sister, Jeanette Watkins. Juanita is survived by her beloved husband of 11 years, Harold R. Smith; son, Tommie K. Hayes, Jr.; granddaughter, Dominique Hayes; grandson, Tommie K. Hayes, III; great-grandson, Antonio Glover; great-granddaughter, Zyaire Lacue; siblings, Deloris Mike, Allen Shannon, Michael Shannon, Betty Wright, Marie Doby, Rosemary Washington; like a daughter, Malinda Miles; and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 am Saturday, October 8, 2016 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
