He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother-in-law, Vic Tegeder. John is survived by his wife, Jennifer Steinkoenig; two daughters, Amanda Steinkoenig and Jordan Reyes; four sons, Nathan, Zachary, Jacob and Joel Steinkoenig; one granddaughter, Miranda; two sisters, Ella Emmert and Sherry Tegeder; one brother, Jim Steinkoenig; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. John will be sadly missed by his family, friends, and everyone that had the honor to call him COACH.
