Hawthorne, Stephen J. age 65, of Green Township, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 14, 1950 to Bernard and Dorothy Hawthorne (nee Liddy).

He was preceded in death by his parents. Stephen is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Barbara Hawthorne (nee Piening); loving son, Joshua (Brandy) Hawthorne; grandchildren, Madilynn Hawthorne, Mason Hawthorne, Maxwell Hawthorne; brother, David (Cheryl) Hawthorne, and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 2, 2016 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Western Hills Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Funeral Ceremony will be 10:00 am Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
