FOLEY, Jim, age 71 of Cincinnati passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015. He was born in Cincinnati on March 23, 1944. Jim was an avid fisherman, boater, and motorcyclist. He was a lifetime NRA Member and achieved owning his business in an automobile lot. Jim was a passionate United States patriot. He spent the majority of his career as a truck driver, starting in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and father-in-law, George Heil. Jim is survived by his three sons, Mark and Troy (Audrey) Foley and Billy (Tammy) Watkins; his fiancé of 35 years, Diane Watkins; six grandchildren, Michael James, Justin Shane, Savanna Faith, Amanda Young, Carter Jones, and Christian Meyer; two sisters, Beverly Sawyers, and Joann DeBord; three brothers-in-law, Ron Heil, Dave (Mary) Heil, and John (Kathy Bernardi) Heil; mother-in-law, Dorothy Heil; and many other relatives and friends.
