Cobb, Samantha "Sam" Rae age 29, of Delhi Township, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 8, 1989 to James and Marcella Cobb (nee Valentine).

Samantha possessed an extensive dance background, training for 18 years in all forms of dance. Most recently, Samantha was a professional dancer for Royal Caribbean Productions. Working on cruise ships, Samantha traveled the world performing in flying productions, ballroom shows and broadway musicals. Her most recent contract was in Europe, performing as a dancer/vocalist in the musical phenomenon, WE WILL ROCK YOU.

Before graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Communication, Public Relations and Psychology, Samantha trained as a core member for 2 years with EXHALE Dance Tribe. She was also a member of the 2007-2010 National Collegiate Champion dance team at the University of Cincinnati. Samantha also won 3 World Championship titles in 2009 while representing the first team USA with the UC "Bearcats" dance team.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Marcella Cobb. Samantha is survived by her father, James Cobb, her sisters, Jamie Cobb, Leslie Wetzel, and Olivia Goodson; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211 on Wednesday, June 13, 2018. Funeral ceremony will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, June14, 2018 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at St. Joseph New Cemetery.
