He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 19, 1969 to Henry Louis and Frances Marie Adkins-Grischy. Greg was of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death in 2001 by his Father, Henry Louis Grischy, Jr.
Greg is survived by his loving family including his mother, Frances Marie Grischy; sister, Gina Sue (John) Richmond; fiance, Connie Rose Terry; niece, Jessica Marie Richmond; nephew, Joshua Sheldon Richmond as well as a host of other extended family members and friends all of whom will cherish his memory.
In loving memory of Gregory, contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 5211 Madison Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45227.
Memorial Service will be 4:00 pm Saturday, June 2, 2018 with a visitation from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
