Thomas is survived by his mother, Debbie Dobkins; his father, Thomas Stephenson Sr.; his children, Sean, Katlyn, Sarah Stephenson; his sister, Michelle Howard; his step-sister, Belinda Borne; his niece, Emily Lewis; his nephew, Peyton Lewis; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at Newcomer West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
