William E. Kersey, 75, of Walton, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018.
He was born in Harlan, Kentucky on November 13, 1942 to the late Rufus and Jenny Smith-Kersey.
In addition to his parents Bill was preceded in death by five brothers, Carl Kersey, Rufus "Junior" Kersey, John "Dick" Kersey, Pearl Kersey and Curtis Kersey; three sisters, Mary Johnson, Carolyn Kersey and Wanda Kersey.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Coreta Carnes-Kersey; four daughters, Debbie Beemon, Wanda (Ronnie) Hawkins, Kim Kersey and Lisa Kersey; two brothers, Charles (Debbie) Kersey and Clyde (Billie) Kersey as well as a host of other family members and friends all of whom will miss him dearly.
There will be a memorial service held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
