John R. Barnard, age 69, of Harrison, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. He was born in Newport, Kentucky on July 12, 1948 to Alexander Frank Barnard and Rolande Barnard (nee Barrett).

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Charlotte Barnard. John is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Barnard (nee Hickman); daughter, Tina (Eddie) Mosley; son, John A. (Beth) Barnard; grandchildren, Michael Rowland, Jesse Roth, Cheyanne Barnard, Charles Barnard, Ricky Mosley; great-granddaughter, Amara Rowland; siblings, Marie Knippenberg, Jeannie Barnard, Vicky Maxfield, Daniel Barnard, Paul Barnard; and many loving nieces and nephews.
