He was preceded in death by his parents. John is survived by his beloved wife, Carolyn M. Heery; children, Rebecca (Ugur) Soydas and Chris Heery; granddaughter, Sophia D. Soydas; brother, David Heery; sister, Linda Heery; guardian and friend, William S. Katz; and a host of other family members and friends.
Memorial services will be Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 11:00 am at College Hill Christian Church, 1631 Marlow Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45224.
