Patricia Ann Smith, 63, of Columbus, OH, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 19, 2017.

She was preceded in death by parents, Ruth Jane and Raymond J. Smith; and niece, Laura Schwytzer.

Pat is survived by sisters, Deborah Schwytzer and Karen (Dave) Haller; nieces and nephews, Andrew (Taylor), Kristen, Patrick (Leigha), and Katie.

Pat was a retired attorney for the State of Ohio, and most recently worked for the Upper Arlington Public Library.

Graveside Service, Saturday, Oct. 14th, 2017 at 10:30am at Arlington Memorial Gardens, (in the Lakeside Chapel) Cincinnati, OH 45231.

Donations may be made in Pat's memory to the Upper Arlington Public Library, 2800 Tremont Rd., Columbus, OH 43221.
