Apted, Richard Joseph age 51, of Green Township, Ohio passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 14, 1965 to Paul and Marilyn Apted (nee Decker).

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen Beavers-Smith . Richard is survived by his parents, Paul and Marilyn Apted; his daughter, Savannah Apted; his brothers, Gregory Paul Apted and his wife Leslie, David Apted and his wife Tammy and Danny Apted and his wife Tammy; and a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Richard, contributions may be made to, American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK. 73123. Memorial gathering will be held from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Inurnment will be held in Spring Grove Cemetery, at a later date.
