Sewell, Kevin Paul age 45, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017. He was born in Kettering, Ohio on November 7, 1971 to Paul Sewell and Carol Christman (nee Somers). Kevin earned his rank of Eagle with Scout Troop 402, which he was especially proud of. Kevin was a graduate of Miamisburg High School and the University of Cincinnati. He enjoyed hiking, avid cycler with the Urban Basin Bicycle Club, fitness and camping with his son, Jacob.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Carl Somers and Olan Sewell; grandmothers, Lillian Somers and Vela Sewell; and uncle, Urshel Brown. Kevin is survived by his mother, Carol and her husband Joe Christman; his father, Paul Sewell and his wife Anna; his son Jacob Silvia; his brother, Jeremy Sewell and his wife Lisa; his niece and nephew, Cora and Quinten; his step-brothers, Drew Christman and Tom Riste; his step-sister, Janet Lee Watts; his uncles Robert Hansford and his wife Joyce, Greg Somers and his wife Janice; his aunts, Glenda Hansford and family, Marie Hansford and family and Dorothy Brown; his cousins, Pam and Jeff Hansford, Jason, Carl, and Alex Somers; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 3:00 pm on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
