He was preceded in death by his parents; his step-father, Al Hylton; and his mother-in-law, Erma Biermann. Bruce is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Bonnie Pendleton (nee Biermann); his children, Aimee (Joe) Peter, Chad Pendleton, Ryan (Brittany) Pendleton and Brooke Pendleton; his grandchildren, Alexis, Jaiden, Jaxson, and Khloe; his sister, Connie (Donnie) Bunch; his father-in-law, Don Biermann; his step-brother, Mark (Toni) Hylton; step-sister, Cindy Hylton; and a host of other family members and friends.
Bruce was a never ending heart of gold through his involvement with Cincinnati Syrian Shrine, Hanselman Lodge #208 F&AM, Scottish Rite, Royal Order of Jestors Court #7, Boone County Schools, Telephone Pioneers, American Red Cross Disaster Assistance Team, People Working Cooperatively, and Habitat for Humanity, just to name a few.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at Spring Grove Cemetery - Cedars of Lebanon Chapel, 4521 Spring Grove Ave., Cinti., OH. 45232. Hanselman Lodge #208 F&AM and Scottish Rite service will begin at 2:00 pm, immediately followed by the funeral ceremony at 2:30 pm on Friday, January 20, 2017.
In loving memory of Bruce, contributions may be made to Cincinnati Shriner's Hospital for Children, 3229 Burnet Ave., Cinti., OH. 45229.
