PERRY, Richard "Ed" age 69, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 26, 1947 to Zino Perry and Hazel Cook (nee Moore). On November 5, 1968 he married Patricia A. Merkl

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jesse Ferguson and Alvin Cook; two sisters, Jean Davenport and Darlene (Ed) Hicks. Richard is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Patricia A. Perry; his son, Edward Michael Perry and his wife Lisa Michelle; two grandsons, Jacob and Samuel Perry; his brothers, Ernie and his wife Vee Ferguson, Bill Cook, and Zino Perry; his sister, Irene Ojeda and her husband John; his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Cook and Barbara Kenny and her husband Patrick; his brothers-in-law, Herb Davenport and Richard Merkl; and a host of other family members and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 9:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at the Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211
