HENN, Monica Lynn age 48, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 20, 1968 to Stanley and Judith Henn (nee Brenner).

She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Kim Henn. Monica is survived by her beloved parents, Stanley Henn and Judith Henn; siblings, Stan (Cindy) Henn, Jr., Scott (Karen) Henn, Michelle (Kelly Gier) Comello, Melissa (Tim) Findley, Steve Henn, Shawn (Tonya) Henn; special friend, Julie Back, and Julie's daughters, Justine Back and Sarah Back, and Julie's grandson, Colton Back; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Monica, contributions may be made to UC Health Foundation, 3200 Burnet Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45229. Memorial Service will be 12:00 noon Friday, July 8, 2016 with a gathering from 11:00 am – 12:00 noon at St. Ann Church, 2900 Galbraith Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45239
